We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Event Furniture Supply. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Return Window

You may return most unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Restocking Fee

All returned items are subject to a $50 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • You must include any accessories, hardware, or documentation that came with the product

Items showing signs of wear or damage due to customer use may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement item at no additional cost. We may request photos of the damage to process your replacement.

Refunds
